salespeople. the things they'll do for money.

there are two kinds of sales people who really make people wanna go ARGGHH! and pull all your hair out.

there are the pushy kinds.

those who push stuff at you and psycho you to buy the more expensive stuff (which u usually do not need). they most probably get commission or smtg. even after refusing after who knows how many times, they still ask you if you'd like to purchase product X. (for expensive)

there can be many different outcomes. but the outcomes usually aren't pleasant. you could decide to go to the other end of singapore just to get the thing u want in another outlet and get away from that persuasive sales person or you lose it and say "no" in a I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO BUY THAT manner and it'll be awkward after that. or you'd buy it to get rid of her and curse her all the way home. (but still make her happy). yes they are SALESpeople but this just crosses the line.

and then, there are the im just having this lousy job for the money people. those who give REALLY bad service. i mean REALLY. no wonder singapore wants this good service campaign. they are not only unhelpful but rude as well. they stand at one corner hoping no one would approach them. they offer no services at all even though they see people frantically searching for things they want to buy. if you dont enjoy the job the least bit, quit! go work in kbox or be an accountant or something. whatever. they turn in super good resumes and act real good infront of the one who's gonna employ them. and once they get the job they become something else. bah. they are salespeople for goodness sake. you're supposed to help people out and sell stuff! and when you approach them they will help RELUCTANTLY.

argh. thats all i can say. ARGH.

but dont get me wrong. there are pretty nice ones too.

all that i had,
i threw it all away.
and now i want it back

so i went to church today. and i overheard my brother's cg member telling my brother that he had become a dgl. i've always wanted to be a dgl! but i guess i missed the chance. and it hit me, how nice it would be, to tell my dgl that i became a dgl. argh. i dont really think i make sense. but i dunno. anyway i was asked to join hilmay's group. i guess i'll try next week since its youth praise and first sunday.

count your blessings and you'll realise.
